Many schools now have OT related equipment, but staff have been given no training on it's safe use. This includes peanut balls, oral motor tools, swings, resistive bands etc. During the OT Visit, they will review all OT related equipment and we will provide an interactive plan afterwards that staff can access.
Staff can book online consultations with an OT when they need to. A tailored interactive plan is provided afterwards which includes practical strategies. These consultations can be used to discuss individual cases (where consent is in place) or group situations.
Monthly Live Training, Weekly Group Supervision Sessions, Resource Kit & 20+ hours of training that is already available. We use a regulation first, whole-school approach so teachers and support staff benefit.
