Sustained OT Support

Michael Adams serves as our Head Nurse with over 12 years of hands-on nursing experience and an unwavering dedication to compassionate senior care. Known for his calm demeanor and clinical expertise, Michael plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of every resident in our community.

Michael began his career in acute care settings, gaining extensive experience in geriatric nursing and chronic disease management. His passion for working with older adults led him to transition into long-term care, where he found purpose in building relationships and making a daily difference in the lives of seniors.

Since joining our team in 2016, Michael has:

• Led efforts to improve resident care protocols and medication management
• Trained and mentored a team of dedicated nursing staff
• Played a key role in infection control and safety initiatives
• Advocated for dignity-first, individualized care approaches

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is certified in Gerontological Nursing. He believes that exceptional care begins with trust, empathy, and teamwork—and he works closely with families to ensure each resident receives the attention and respect they deserve.

When he’s not on the floor, Michael enjoys biking, photography, and volunteering at community health clinics.
