We know budgets are tight, so we’ve kept things simple and flexible.
"You would be amazed the perspective & ideas you can get from a consultation"
Trina Golden, Principal
Book an Online Consultation Day with a Senior Occupational Therapist. Staff can schedule 45-minute sessions between 9.15am and 2.30pm to explore challenges, enhance teaching practices, truly embed regulation-first approaches or receive guidance on individual cases where parent consent has been provided.
Who is this for?
Research shows this works best for schools with diverse needs, giving staff across a number of classes time to reflect and gain support for a number of areas.
These 45-minute consultations give staff fast, practical support with a lasting impact—whether for a group needs, classroom and environmental design, or individual cases where consent has been provided.
Our regulation-first education & training platform gives all of your staff access to an interactive learning experience that will improve both staff and student wellbeing. (Primary & Post-Primary Available)
Our platform, core to our support model, provides flexible learning backed by weekly staff supervision to ensure sustainable change in schools.
Our in-person school visits bring an OT’s professional perspective directly into your setting.
We assess classrooms, equipment, and routines, making clinical observations to see how children engage with their environment.
These 90 minute visits feed into ongoing support, informing future consultations and tailored strategies, while also helping the therapist understand your school’s ethos and build strong, collaborative relationships with staff.
The most value is gained from this service when schools have already accessed an online consultation day or our education and training platform and have encountered barriers to implementation that require in-person observation.
We also provide affordable Add-ons to your school visit which are listed below.
'Buddy Up' with another school in your area to get reduced pricing.
High-impact add-ons at reduced rates.(Available with school visits only).
Many schools now have OT related equipment, but staff have been given no training on it's safe use. This includes peanut balls, oral motor tools, swings, resistive bands etc. During the OT Visit, they will review all OT related equipment and we will provide an interactive plan afterwards that staff can access.
Staff can book online consultations with an OT when they need to. A tailored interactive plan is provided afterwards which includes practical strategies. These consultations can be used to discuss individual cases (where consent is in place) or group situations.
Monthly Live Training, Weekly Group Supervision Sessions, Resource Kit & 20+ hours of training that is already available. We use a regulation first, whole-school approach so teachers and support staff benefit.

We honor each resident's individuality, dignity, and life experiences in every interaction.
We foster a sense of belonging and connection, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
This depends on the support you are looking for. We can schedule an online consultation within a few days typically, sometimes as little as 24hours.
In-person school visits depend on your location. We will typically do a school visit when we have two schools in an area. This could mean waiting a number of weeks, or as little as a few days. If you have another school to 'buddy up' with, this can speed up the process.
The add-ons are only available to those who book a school visit. The Safe Use & Equipment Audit must be completed during the school visit time. The Education & training Platform and Sustained OT Support must be taken up within 30 days of the school visit. After the 30 days the Education & Training Platform is still available but at normal pricing.
Yes. All of our OTs are Senior Therapists and have up to date insurance and registration. They also engage in regular training and professional development.
We strongly encourage parent collaboration in consultations and have a number of options to accommodate this as it has proven to be hugely effective.
Our team does not work directly with children during the online consultations. During school-visits, observations can be made by the visiting therapist if parent consent has been provided.
If you are in urgent need of OT support, we would recommend starting with the One-off consultation and we can support your immediate needs and provide a clear path of what to do next.
If you want to book a school visit, you'll first need to book in for a quick call with us to discuss.
With this option, you will have an Occupational Therapist assigned to your school and online consultations can be booked via your school's Gabadoo Dashboard. They can support you with any challenges you or your staff may be facing. Where necessary, your school's OT will create a tailored Gaba Plan (support plan) which will be available via your school's dashboard.
Our training platform is a resource all schools should have access to. It is targeted at teachers and support staff. They each have their own login, they can track their progress, join live sessions and get certificates for every completed training. New training is added monthly and we have weekly group supervision sessions so staff can ask questions.
