Do meaningful work. Feel supported. Help shape something new.

At Gabadoo, we are building a different kind of occupational therapy service — one that values clinical reflection, flexibility, creativity and real impact.

A New Kind of Occupational Therapy Role

Work with the flexibility of Private Practice - with the support of a team

Working with Gabadoo offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing service, while still having the support and structure of a wider team. We know that therapists do their best work when they are not overwhelmed by unnecessary admin, isolated in practice, or expected to carry everything alone. Our aim is to create a role where therapists have time to think, reflect, have flexibilty, connect with families and schools, and deliver therapy that feels meaningful.

You will be supported through:
- Regular clinical supervision
- Clear systems and templates
- Access to therapy resources and programmes
- A supportive team culture with regular meet ups
- Administrative and practice-development support
- Opportunities to work across clinic, school and online settings
- Space to develop your own interests within paediatric occupational therapy

Shape your own future with Gabadoo. From the beginning, or when the time feels right, there may be opportunities to lead your own local clinic — with guaranteed income, established systems, referrals and the full support of our team.

Whether you are looking for a new full-time role or looking to work part time, get in touch below and we would love to chat.
