Nicola is a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 17 years’ experience as an OT across the UK and Ireland. She brings extensive clinical expertise across a wide variety of clinical settings including mental health, neurorehabilitation, neurodivergence and intellectual disabilities, supporting clients with complex and diverse needs. Her practice is grounded in a neuro-affirming, person-centred approach that values individuality, autonomy and meaningful engagement in daily life. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to develop practical, strengths-based strategies that support wellbeing, confidence and independence. Nicola is CORU registered and works in the clinic in Hospital, Co.Limerick on Fridays seeing clients for in-person support.

Who should book?

Nicola offers regular in-person Occupational Therapy sessions at our clinic in Hospital, Co. Limerick on Fridays. Nicola is particularly well suited to teens and young adults who would benefit from ongoing support, including those who are neurodivergent and/or experiencing mental health challenges.Nicola is a CORU-registered Occupational Therapist and has completed additional training across a number of areas, including sensory processing.Sessions can provide a consistent space to work on practical goals, participation, regulation, confidence and everyday challenges, with support tailored to the individual.
