Her practice is neuroaffirmative, strengths-based, trauma-informed and sensory-informed, with particular expertise in sensory processing, sensory inclusion, regulation and participation across home, school and community environments.

Michelle is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience working with children, young people and families across the HSE and private practice.

Michelle has extensive experience supporting children and young people with a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, learning and functional needs. Her practice is neuroaffirmative, strengths-based, trauma-informed and sensory-informed, with particular expertise in sensory processing, sensory inclusion, regulation and participation across home, school and community environments.

She has specialist training in Sensory Integration, DIR/Floortime, handwriting and developmental reflexes, and is also a qualified Craniosacral Therapist. She draws on her broad training and extensive clinical experience to develop individualised, practical and meaningful Occupational Therapy interventions that support each child’s unique needs and goals.

Michelle is recognised for her warm, compassionate approach and ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. She creates a sense of safety, connection and acceptance, helping children feel comfortable, understood and supported so they can engage in therapy at their own pace.

Her approach is centred on understanding the whole child, recognising their strengths and adapting environments and supports to enable them to participate, learn and thrive.
